WWE Should Watch Their Show

The WWE needs to watch their own show.  If they watched the Stone Cold Steve Austin vignette on Raw, they would know exactly why they are falling rapidly.  They would know why they are losing record fans and business is bad.

The Stone Cold vignette rushed back the feeling of how truly great the Attitiude Era was and how truly bad the current product is.  I will refer to this era as the No-Attitude era. The average wrestling fan does not want to see the kid friendly crap they are peddling to satisfy the shareholders.  The average wrestling fan wants to see solid wrestling, edgy entertainment, and some defiance.  That also includes the kids.

Take out or rent an attitude DVD or VHS tape and you will see the instant difference when any of the talent opens his mouth.  Stone Cold sounded like he meant every word that came out of his mouth.  He delivered his words with spit flying and not sounding like he is reading a script.  In the current No-Attitude era every single star (besides the ones who were around in the attitude era) sound like a Hollywood actor reading a line.  ”I am Randy Orton.  I am a robot.  I can put my arm back on but you can’t, so play safe kids.”

I watched Randy Orton a week back at a house show.  He messed with the crowd and wrestled an excellent match.  I though to myself, that is how he should be on TV.  He was natural and really pissed of the crowd.  He had the attitude… continued next week.
