On tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw, Vince McMahon announced that he has sold Monday Night RAW to a mystery buyer. He would not tell the audience who the “buyer” was right away, but he would tell everyone after the WWE Championship title situation was sorted out later in the show. Randy Orton took home the HW strap in a four-way match with John Cena, Big Show and HHH. The mysterious buyer of RAW turned out to be… Donald Trump. Yes, that is not a joke. Donald Trump is now a part of the WWE as the “sole owner of the WWE”. It is highly doubtful this angle will last long since Donald Trump is not a full-time performer. We’ll see where this will takes the WWE. The announcement was disappointing as I was hoping for someone with a wrestling history (Paul Heyman maybe?) was taking over for awhile. Comments |
